01. INQUIRE
Are we a good fit? The first step is a free discovery call to get to know each other and ensure we are aligned on timeframe, goals and investment. Planning a stellar wedding experience hinges on relationships, and we want it to be just right! Then, You’ll sign a contract to reserve your date. The process is transparent and straight-forward.
02. BOOKING
From the ideal locale to the guest experience and all of the little details, we’ll sit down together to design a custom plan just for you. At the first design meeting we want to hear the stories of how you met, your first date and the moment you said yes to doing life together. We’ll discuss the people, places, foods, music, colors and styles that inspire you. Then, we’ll craft a vision for your celebration that is equal parts stylish and authentic.
03. VISION & DESIGN
We will research and curate a creative team of vendors to bring your vision to life. Our team will manage all logistics large and small - from contracts and timelines and everything in between.
04. LOGISTICS PLANNING
The day all the magic happens. You have seen it on paper and now you get to see it with your own eyes. Our team is on-site ensuring all the carefully-thought-out plans are put into place. Overseeing setup, design installation, order of service and tear down - you can rest assured all the logistical details in our capable hands.
The day should be all about you and your guests. Stress-free and celebratory. Nothing for you to think about besides being present and enjoying!
